5. Stuff Rudolph's head with stuffing.

6. Glue a ribbon or tie twine around Rudolph's neck.

  1. Cut twine into 30-inch pieces, 12-15 pieces per ball ornament needed.
  2. Inflate a balloon to 5 inches wide and hang it from a secure fixture, protecting the area below with newspaper or a drop cloth.
  3. Mix 1/4 cup of water and glue in a disposable bowl with a plastic fork.
  4. Mix twine with glue in a bowl, then remove excess glue by running it between the fork tines.
  5. Press the twine onto the top of the balloon, then wrap it around in different directions, tucking the ends under or pressing them to the top of other strands.
  6. Run twine through a fork to remove excess glue and wrap it around a balloon.
  7. Hang the ball to dry for 24 hours, protecting the surface below from glue drips.
  8. Detach twine from balloon and make sure all twine is detached before popping balloon to keep twine ball shape.
  9. Make a small cut near the knot of the balloon to deflate it, then pull it out from the twine.
  10. Cut 6-8 inches of twine and tie to top of ball ornament for hanging.
